Success of the network is crucial as is a commitment on behalf of each member to make it work. Therefore we have drawn up some rules of engagement to enable success of the initiative:

1. The 7.30 Business club comprises a number of meeting groups organised on a geographical basis
2. There is one opening in each meeting for each profession
3. The opening is for one representative from your business.  This must be the person that attends every meeting.
4. The nominated member must attend every meeting.  The meetings are held twice a month.  If you are unable to attend please let the group facilitator or central administrator  know by way of email that you are unable to attend.  This is common courtesy to the rest of the members.  Should you be missing for a period of 4 meetings (without informing the group facilitator or central administrator  ) you may be removed from the group so that  another company can take your place.
5. You are expected to pass referrals to other members of the group and actively promote their business.
6. You are expected to provide testimonials for other members with whom you have engaged in business.
7. You are expected to have one to one meetings with other members so you can get a feel for their business.
8. All members will  be equally responsible for the growth and success of the group.  This means you will be tasked with introducing new members.
9. You will be given an opportunity every week to pitch your business.
10. You will be given the opportunity every 6 months to make a 10 minute presentation.
11. The venue will be rotated on a regular basis.
12. Each meeting group is facilitated by a number of members who sit on the central 7.30 Business Club Steering committee. Facilitators are elected on an annual basis.
13. Members are free to visit other meetings provided that there is no representative of their profession already in attendance.
14. Subscriptions covering meeting and admin costs are payable quarterly in advance.
15. The decision of the 7.30 Business Club Steering Committee is final in all matters.
